Vintage MLHS Gym Shirts

My name is Chas Horvath and I'm a Mountain Lakes High School class of 1976 graduate.  Nostalgia drove me to produce a run of the now antique iconic shirts which were required for men's gym class in the 1960s-1980s.  231 shirts were ordered from 117 people!!!  The cost per shirt cost was much lower than expected due to the volume and I/we were able to donate $700 to MLHS.

Requests for the shirts continue to come in and I'm opening a second run of the shirts.  This run will also include a women's cut option (read here for an issue with the color of the women's cut shirts).

The shirts have been publicised via Facebook.  It's clear as word spreads that many are interested in the shirts who are not on Facebook.  Please pass news of this onto fellow Lakers who may not be on Facebook!

The best picture I have of the original shirt is below, worn by 1976 classmate Roy Harrison.  Apologies to Roy who had no idea he'd be the model for this endeavor.

COST

Final cost will be based on quantity of shirts ordered and will be close to or below the following.  When exact final pricing is determined email will be send to each purchaser with payment instructions and their final cost.

Shirts:
    Small-XL: $15
    2 XL: $17.50
    3 XL: $18.50

Shipping to US addresses (USPS priority mail with tracking):
    1 shirt: $9.70
    2-3 shirts: $14.00
    4-5 shirts: $18.50

There is a some money buried in the above prices to cover misc costs.  As was the case for the first printing any surplus money will be donated to a MLHS scholarship fund or other worthy MLHS cause.

THE SHIRT AND SIZING

The men's cut shirt is the Gliden 2000 Tee Shirt in Ice Grey (details at Gildan 2000 Tee Shirt).  The women's cut shirt is the Gliden 2000L Tee Shirt (details at Gildan 2000L Tee Shirt).  Ice Grey, the color closest to the orginal shirts, is not available for the women's fit.    Click here for more information on the women's shirt color.

PAYMENT

Payment is by Venmo or check.  Individual emails will be sent with cost and payment details once final pricing is determined.  Individual emails will also be sent with a tracking number when shirt(s) are shipped.

RETURNS (NOT)

I am doing this as a public service at cost and producing a single order based on what people request.  Please be sure you are interested and carefully check the sizing before ordering a shirt.  I'll right any errors made on my part.

ORDER SHIRT(S)

Orders will be closed on November 2nd, at which point there is about a three week wait to me receiving and shipping the shirts.  Individual emails with a tracking number will be sent to people when their shirt(s) ship.
